MESSAGE FROM MANUFACTURER:
At Sauna360, the safety and satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. We apologize for the inconvenience and are sharing two important product safety updates.
The existing recall involving benches in Tylo Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid Saunas is being expanded to include a new remedy for all units sold since product launch in September 2024.
In addition, Sauna360 has decided to issue a voluntary recall of certain infrared and hybrid sauna products to address a potential fire hazard.
If you own an affected product, please discontinue use immediately.
