Jill was amazing, knowledgeable and very personable. She made my son feel like he was part of the purchase and was so kind and funny, making both of us feel comfortable through the entire process and not pressuring us at all. Jeremy and his entire team was also extremely helpful and guided me from purchase to set up, and answered all my questions. Not to mention they had a tub I wanted in stock, and delivered it in a few short days, it was amazing how the stars aligned! They have offered to come out anytime I needed help and I really felt like a valued, long time customer when it was only my first purchase. We are the new owners of a Vanguard hot tub. Going in to the Brookfield store was very easy. Jim was very friendly and helped us find a tub that was in stock. Delivery was relatively quick and easy. The guys who delivered were very informative and gave us a lot of tips as this is our 1st hot tub. The ongoing support from Jim was invaluable. He guided us on what to add to the the water and when. I can do a test strip on a Sunday morning and text him a picture of it. He responds any time of day with suggestions or tips on what to do. We love our new hot tub from Bachmann's. We highly recommend their product line and their employees at the Brookfield location!

We have been very impressed with the courtesy and patience of the Bachmann service team. He arrived on a cold, windy day and did a full diagnostic on our hot tube and fixed our issue. Even better, he informed us that it was under warranty. He gave us great advice on how to better take care of our hot tub (chemicals and water level) along with some compliments on our continued maintenance. He did all of this in the cold and wind with a smile. I recommend using Bachmann Pools, Spas & Saunas to all of my friends and family.

We totally love our sauna! Our sales rep was patient as we kept returning to learn more about the unit and its spatial and electrical requirements. We 100% recommend Bachmann's installation crew which was experienced and worked hard to do their work efficiently and respectfully. We've used our sauna every night since we've got it and wonder why we didn't make the move sooner!

We had such a great experience with our pool closure this year! We changed pool companies because of bad service from the other company, and I was a little leery… But I will tell you that this company is so professional!
