We recently received the prestigious Locksin Thompson award, the highest honor in the hot tub industry, given to only one dealer worldwide each year. I remember attending industry conferences decades ago, watching my mentors receive this award, and dreaming of one day achieving it myself. Yet, the journey has been even more rewarding than the recognition itself.

We’ve implemented strategic initiatives and empowered our team to improve every aspect of the business. This commitment has made us the only Hot Spring Spa dealership to win the International Service Department of the Year award three times. Who is Bachmann Pools & Spas?
Bachmann Pools & Spas, LLC was established in 1985 in Madison, Wisconsin. Since 1986 we have been a Watkins Dealer and Warranty Service Center in good standing. We are an award winning company with numerous local affiliations and strong ties to the community.
Our product line includes: The complete line of Hot Spring Manufacturing and BioGuard products, as well as a full line of Tylo saunas (coming soon!) from kits to custom.
