The Hot Spring Prism is a 7-person hot tub in the Limelight Collection built for households that need both capacity and seat variety in the same shell. At 9'2" x 7'7", it is the largest model in the Limelight lineup. The seating layout includes a full lounge seat, a captain's seat, two bucket seats, and two bench seats, giving each person a distinct position rather than repeating the same seat type throughout.
The Prism runs 73 jets across multiple types, including 41 Directional Precision jets, 10 Rotary Precision jets, seven standard dual rotary jets, four standard single rotary jets, four standard directional jets, three XL directional jets, two XL single rotary jets, one XL dual rotary jet, and the JetStream XL jet, which delivers a targeted foot and leg massage in the lounge seat. Three jet pumps handle output: a Wavemaster 9200 running 2.5 HP continuous duty and two Wavemaster 9000 pumps also at 2.5 HP continuous duty each. The SmartJet system directs water flow to specific jet groups and seats, and the Comfort Control system adjusts pressure range across the full jet output.
Filtration uses High-Flow Tri-X filters with 150 square feet of effective filtration area and a 100% no-bypass design. The SilentFlo 5000 circulation pump runs continuously between uses. The Prism is FreshWater IQ Ready, meaning it is compatible with Hot Spring's salt-based sanitizing system that monitors water hourly and doses automatically. The IQ 2020 control system with color LCD manages heating, filtration, and jet settings from the spa side, and the tub runs on 230V with a 50-amp subpanel included.
Insulation is FiberCor throughout the cabinet. The Prism meets California Energy Commission and APSP 14 energy efficiency standards. The CoverCradle cover lifter is included with the spa. Shell options are Alpine White, Ice Gray, and Tuscan Sun, with Coastal Gray as the cabinet color. The Vidro backlit ribbon waterfall and multi-color LED interior and exterior lighting are standard.
