Bachmann's installs the Connected Spa Kit that makes it work, and we set it up with you before we leave.

Run Your Spa From Your Phone

The app handles the functions you actually use. Adjust temperature, jet strength, and lighting. Start a Clean Cycle or switch to Energy Saving Mode. Control the FreshWater® Salt System. Add guest users so a neighbor or family member can keep an eye on things while you travel. If something needs attention, custom alerts let you know rather than leaving you to discover it on your next soak.

Water Care Without the Guesswork

Paired with FreshWater® IQ, the app monitors pH, chlorine, and salt levels and lets you trigger precision dosing with a tap. You see exactly where your water stands and correct it from wherever you are, which keeps the spa balanced between visits instead of playing catch-up every weekend. An AI-powered support assistant is available around the clock inside the app, and you can locate your nearest dealer to schedule service directly.

What You Need to Get Connected

The app runs on the Connected Spa Kit, a dealer-installed option for 2024 and newer Highlife and Limelight Collection models and 2025 and newer Hot Spot® Collection models. Your spa needs to sit within 200 feet of the Home Network Adapter for a reliable connection. The app is optimized for smartphones, works in English, French, and Spanish, and is free to download with a demo mode if you want to try it before committing. Keep in mind the system is built for convenience and does not replace regular physical inspection and maintenance of your spa.
