Great experience at Bachman with Julia our hot tub guru! My first hot tub purchase and was on the fence of buying on the internet or local .. my mind was quickly decided after spending 15 minutes with Julia and I can admit she outfitted me with the perfect tub for my needs and price range. Excellent experience drone the minute I met her thru delivery and the ever important chemical balancing act, which she even personally visited my tub while I was gone for the weekend to help balance the chemicals on initial start up.
