Run it as a traditional sauna when you want high heat and steam from the rocks, or switch to infrared when you want a longer, gentler session at lower temperatures. Two Modes, Two Reasons to Use It
Traditional mode brings the room up hot and lets you pour water over the rocks for real löyly. That is the setting for deep sweat and post-workout recovery. Infrared mode uses CarbonFlex emitters to warm you directly rather than heating all the air, which makes longer sessions comfortable and works well on days when high heat feels like too much. Alternating between the two over a week gives you more range than either style alone.
