With Halloween creeping up on us, many people are busy choosing a costume, decorating their homes, and planning theme parties. For any hot tub owners out there looking to throw a fun, festive gathering to celebrate the spookiest time of the year, we’ve got a few tips that will turn an average Halloween party into pure magic!

Give The Water a Haunting Glow

If your hot tub is equipped with mood lighting, a great way to add a ghostly touch is by switching the lights to match your theme. Try switching the lights to red so that it has a blood-like appearance. You can take this idea a step further by adding plastic bones and fake body parts around the outside of the spa. Another fun idea is to change the lights to green so that the water resembles a radioactive, toxic spill. To further the illusion, you can purchase or DIY a sign that says, “Toxic Spill Ahead” or “Warning: Radioactive.” The possibilities are endless!
