The Standing Tree Pose
Begin standing tall with your feet together. Shift your weight to your left foot and find your balance. Slowly raise your right foot and place it on your upper inner left thigh. Once situated, place your hands on your hips or put them in a prayer position.
The Seated Spinal Twist
Begin sitting on the floor with your legs out in front of you. Bend your right knee and bring your right foot over your left leg, placing it on the ground near your left thigh. Slowly twist your torso to the right using the support of your left elbow against the outside of your right thigh. Take a few deep breaths, then change sides.
The Half Moon Pose
Begin by standing tall and placing your feet together. Step your left foot back about three to four feet, keeping your feet parallel to one another. Keep your hips forward facing and bend your right knee forward. Place your right hand on the wall of the hot tub in front of you and slowly raise your left leg until parallel to the ground. Open up your body and raise your left arm toward the sky.
The Boat Pose
Begin sitting down with your legs out in front of you. Place your hands on the ground behind you for support and bend your knees toward your chest. Now, slowly raise your legs until your shins are parallel to the ground. Find your balance, then extend your arms forward to be parallel with your shins.
The Warrior I Pose
Begin standing tall with your feet hip-width apart. Step your left leg back three to four feet, placing your left at a 45-degree angle away from your body. Bend your right knee forward and lean into it. Raise your arms to the sky facing your palms toward one another.
