In an effort to do our part in the GREEN movement, we have started a chemical delivery service for our customers in Dane County. We have established a weekly route which sends a representative in a different area of Dane County each day. If you live in Dane County, we are in your area once a week. Customer service is very important to Bachmann pools & Spas as stated in our mission statement. In order to keep in touch with our customers, we publish and mail a bi-annual newsletter. The newsletters contain information on upcoming promotions, specials, contests, and free seminars.

We want your hot tub to be one of your favorite destinations. So we continue to pamper our customers even after they have purchased a hot tub from us with quality supplies, accessories and service to ensure ultimate enjoyment and easy care of your hot tub.

Water Care & Maintenance

Weekly/Monthly/Annual Service Plans - Let the pros take care of your water care for you.

We offer a re-staining service for $200 (plus travel if outside our local 10 mile radius.) What we do:
  • Secure loose wood
  • Replace missing wood (additional charge)
  • Power-wash spa and cover
  • Restain or paint spa
  • Apply Cover Shield to the cover

Quarterly Draining & Refilling
Quarterly professional maintenance visits (every 3 months)
Each visit includes:
  • Complete draining of hot tub
  • Cleaning of acrylic surface
  • Refill of hot tub
